All translation prices are quoted on the basis of per 1,000 words. Charges will be made proportionally to this. Please note that there is a minimum charge of £50 for any translation job.

Please note that particularly technical documents may incur a surcharge of between £20 and £40 per 1,000 words in addition.

Interpretation
The cost of hiring an interpreter can vary widely depending on the length of the event, the venue and their experience. In general the average cost of hiring a professional interpreter will vary from £150 to £350 per person per day.
All technical equipment and assistance can be provided for every type of event, particularly for simultaneous interpretation, across the UK.

Braille and other Visual Impairment Services
Braille is charged per word and prices are quoted per 1,000 words.
In general the price per page starts from £10 but the final price will be proportional to the actual number of words used to produce the Braille. However, there is a minimum charge of £20 for each assignment.
Additional charges will apply for multiple copies.
Tape Transcription
We will give you a quote based on the number of pages you need to capture on tape or CD. There is a minimum charge of £30 and there will be extra charges for additional CD and tape copies.
Large Print
In general the price per page starts from £7.50 but the final price will be proportional to the actual number of words used to produce the Braille. Here there is a minimum charge of £15 for each assignment.
Sign Language
Prices for sign language interpreters vary widely and start from £100 per person per day. Please get in contact for a detailed quote for your event.
